East Avenue

Finished Home Renovation at East Avenue
Everything needed fixing on this project, falling over retaining walls, non compliant decks, leaking cladding and roofing. Changing monolithic cladding to cedar and of orange bricks to new firth stack bonded were easy choices to update this exterior. We built out over one of the front decks to create a stunning outdoor space off the master bedroom that can be used in all weather all while creating more privacy. Light was amazing in this house so we made sure to keep it that way with the new joinery and skylights.
High studs and vaulted ceilings create a very welcoming vibe throughout this house. Major back yard excavation was needed to get the ground levels down to building code and create a flat lawn for family fun in the process. Failed block retaining walls were replaced with keystone rock walls to create a stunning entrance to front of the house with kwila decking as the finish. A custom staircase and uniquely designed bathrooms sets this house apart on the inside as well.
